This meat is delicious on a bun or stand alone. Great for one of those busy days when you want to be able to just throw things in a crock pot and come back to your meal all done. Grab some sides from Costco or make your own. This is great for big family gatherings, or just a night at home. It freezes well and can be used later if you end up with leftovers too.

2 lb pork (or larger! I like to get mine from Costco.)
1-2 cups BBQ sauce (or more depending on the size of your pork.)
- Place pork in a crockpot and add your favorite BBQ sauce. Cook on low for 5 hours or until pork is done.
- After cooking, shred pork and let cool before storing in a freezer-safe container. Freeze until ready to use.
- Thaw pulled-pork and reheat in microwave safe bowl. Add more BBQ sauce if desired. Serve on warm buns.
