I have the opportunity to work with Dannon throughout September as I take on the Activa Challenge. All opinions are my own.
Many of you know that I am doing a “30 Miles in 30 Days” challenge, in fact some of your have join me in that challenge, and even joined our Facebook Support Group. I decided that part of staying motivated is tracking your progress, so I created a fun tracking sheet to keep track of those miles.
I also wanted to tell you about the Activia Challenge, another challenge that I am doing alongside my fitness challenge. I’m a huge fan of probiotics and making them a part of a healthy lifestyle (to aid in digestion), and I also happen to LOVE yogurt, so deciding to take the Activia challenge was not hard for me to do.

Basically, the idea behind it is to eating Activia twice a day for 4 weeks as part of a balanced and healthy lifestyle, may help reduce the frequency of minor digestive issues like bloating, gas, discomfort and rumbling.
No one likes those unexpected “rumbles,” (or “tooties” as my daughter might say), so take the Activia Challenge! It works or it’s free (see official rules). Aside from the 30 mile challenge and the Activia challenge, I also have a goal to eat healthier this month and avoid fast foods.
Running Tracking Sheet
How it works: There are 30 circles on the sheet. Everytime you run/bike/walk/swim a mile, you can either but an “x” through the circle or a giant smile face, or you can number them…it’s up to you! Just have fun and be proud of yourself. This sucker deserves to display on the fridge!
