Chef’s Table Review — Fine Dining in Utah County

For those looking for a fine dining experience in Utah County, Chef's Table is where it's at! In fact, Chef's Table is the only true fine dining I am aware of in the Orem-Provo area. I have been there twice in the last 6 months and both experiences were wonderful. My first visit was during a girl's weekend with my sisters, and the second visit was a special date night with my husband and another couple.

Chef's

Of all 7 people I have eaten here with, not one person tasted something they didn't like (we all kind of passed our plates around so we could try everything). From the words of my brother-in-law: “It's like little angels are feeding me from heaven!”

My favorite dishes were the salmon and halibut. They were really really good! Halibut was the winner with all the girls (it had a sauce that just made it sing!), and duck seemed to be the winner for the men. My sister ordered filet mignon, and we all agreed that one was yummy too.

If you are deciding between a salad or a soup, go for the soups! I'm not much of a soup person, but the butternut squash and french onion soups were delicious! The butternut soup has a sweet taste, and almost feels like you are eating dessert; but the french onion soup is really savory and flavorful.

We only ordered dessert on one of our visits, but it was one of my favorite parts. They weren't too heavy, which was good because we were all so full. We passed them around on our girl's night and we loved all of them!

Cheese Board (I'm not one for fancy cheeses, so this one wasn't my favorite, but my brother-in-law LOVED it)

If you are in Utah county and can afford a fine dining experience, Chef's Table is a great place to go! My husband is going to regret that we have been there because now I'm going to request it again for an anniversary!

I'm six-foot tall mother of three and I'm enjoying the view! I'm currently fighting a battle with Lyme disease and am determined to come out victorious. I enjoy warm summer rain, peanut butter everything, having dance parties with my husband and kids, natural remedies and healthy living. Most days I'm just looking for another excuse to avoid the piles of laundry.

Oh goodness everything looks so good! I love your brother-in-law’s quote. We’ll be down in Orem next week helping my niece get ready for her prom, maybe we’ll have to make reservations at Chef’s Table!

Oh my word! Those all look SO delicious! I’m going to have to sweet talk my husband into taking me there! We live so close and pass by it all the time. I’ve always wondered what the food was like there!
