This is one of my favorite dinner recipes! It’s the trifecta of what you want in a recipe: fast, easy, and delicious! In fact, the day I made this- I had totally forgotten to prepare anything for dinner. Five o’clock rolled around, and I was like, “What should I make?????” This recipe popped into my mind, and I knew it would save the day! Plus, this is a recipe that all 4 of my kids will gobble up-every time! I hope you enjoy!
- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 rolls, refrigerated cresent rolls
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1-2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Place chicken breasts (frozen or thawed (mine were frozen)) in boiling water. Boil until cooked through. Cut up in bite-size pieces and place in bowl. Add cream cheese and mix until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste. Take two cresent rolls and press together so they are making a rectangle. Place a spoonful of chicken mixture on rolls. Roll up and press seams to seal all around. Dip in melted butter, then in bread crumbs. Place 8 chicken roll-ups on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

For the gravy, heat soup in small saucepan. Add milk to make it thinner to the consistency you like. Add sour cream and whisk to combine. Pour over baked roll-ups. Enjoy!
