Ladies! And men…if you can handle it 😉 I was doing some organizing and had to laugh as I came across this GEM! It’s an at home workout routine that one of my good friends gave to me in college. It was a workout that his baseball team did every practice, and he gave it to me as sort of a “bet you can’t do this” type of thing.
Anyway…it is super awesome for working your arms and legs. Be careful though…my first time trying it I got a little too…excited? I guess I wanted to prove how tough I was. HA! I put on some good music, pulled out my 10 lb weights and got really into it. Needless to say, I could barely walk the next day. This is a great workout for us moms that sometimes find it hard to get out of the house for exercise, but if you try it you HAD BETTER play some good music, otherwise it goes from awesome and fun to just…lame. And if you don’t have 10 lb weights, I didn’t either. I got mine at the thrift store. If you don’t even want to leave the house to go to the thrift store, just announce on Facebook that you are looking for some weights to borrow, and I’m sure you have at least 10 friends that bought some while making a New Year’s Resolution that they never kept.
