You guys….this peach cobbler recipe is awesome to the taste and oh so easy to make. Anyone else around here obsessed with peaches? We ordered several boxes so that I could bottle some, eat probably a hundred of them, and make peach cobbler with the rest. This was so good that we made it the next week too.
Confession though. I'm a complete dork and didn't take pictures of the process and end result. In my defense, I didn't know that it would taste so good I would want to blog the recipe.
So you are just going to have to take my word for it.

- 6-8 peaches
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1 cube of butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
Directions:
With a pastry cutter (two forks work if you don't have one), cut the cream cheese into your cake mix until you get a crumbly mixture like pictured below:
After you have cut up your peaches, put them in your 9 x 13 pan. Mix up your water and sugar and mix it in with your peaches.
NOTE: If your peaches don't have much juice to them, you can do 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water. I found that my peaches had enough juice to them that 1/4 cup was adequate.
Next, crumble your cake mix mixture on top of your peaches.
Take your cube of butter and cut it into little slices. Cover your cobbler with the little slices of butter.
Put in the oven at bake at 350 for 45 min-1 hour.
What do you think?
