Graduation announcements are something you will hold onto forever, so even if you aren't going to send them out to many people, I highly recommend them. In fact, there are so many fun styles and designs available, that you can make them look super professional, even if you take the photos yourself.
Click on the image below for some tips on taking your own graduation photos (and no, you don't have to own a fancy camera). Thanks to all the apps available today, I recommend saving some money on the photography (by taking some yourself) and use your budget on the announcements.
Graduation Announcement Ideas
I recommend Minted.com for printing your actual announcements, and not just for their fun designs and extra features (foil-pressed, etc.). What's really cool about Minted.com, is you can upload your photo(s) and have it auto-populate all the different designs with your actual photo so that you can quickly find the ones you like that look the best. Below are some of the designs I liked, but if you really want to know which ones to get, you should give that feature a try with your actual photo.
At home with the kids? Instantly access any of these printable activity bundles to keep them learning!
To use this feature, find the green button at the top that says “Find It Fast” and turn it to “on.”
These types of graduation announcements are my all time fave, and Minted has lots of options for text directly on your photo.
