With Father’s Day around the corner, it’s only appropriate that I introduce you to my super hot, oober sweet, & oh so adorable husband. He also happens to be the father of my children and he does a friggin’ awesome job in that role (See last year’s Father’s Day post for some fun dinner ideas and printables).
I was away this week for a church youth camp, and I didn’t worry for one second about my girls. I had a few people ask me if I thought he could handle it. My response was, “Yep. I have no worries, he’s a better parent than me! Chances are I will come home to a clean house and happy kids and he will totally show me up.”
And that’s exactly what he did! He’s such a turd! It’s a term of endearment, I promise…

When I was in my dating years, it was always really important to me that I marry someone capable of being a really good father. My choice was golden. Which is why I had no hesitation in volunteering him as an #AveenoDad.
Aveeno was looking for a dad who takes an active role in parenting: helping with the diapering, the feeding, and of course the bathing! Aveeno sent him some bath products to try and they came just in time! We took a fun night away as a family and took our Aveeno with us. We spent some time in the pool and then came back to our hotel room for a fun bubble bath in the giant hotel bathtub. This was not our first time using Aveeno products, but as always…the smell was wonderful and the lotion was great for some soft baby skin!
