I've been pondering motherhood lately, as well as other mothers that I am inspired by. Motherhood is time-consuming. I often finding myself wanting to tell another mother how much she has inspired me, or simply thank her for something she has done. Sadly, sometimes I get so “busy” that I forget to do so.
I decided to make some ready-made gifts as a way to help me from forgetting to honor and thank the people that are always doing big and small things to boost, inspire and encourage me. Since this phrase has come out of my mouth more than once, I thought it would be fitting…

I'm all about gifts with simplicity! And this one kind of makes me giggle inside. This post has two purposes however. Yes, I hope you'll be inspired to have something like this ready to go so that it's easier not to forget gratitude in times of chaos, but this message is also for you!
In a way I share this phrase with anyone reading this post. Most of you are mothers, and most of you underestimate the impact that you have on the world. What we do everyday has more impact on our world than anything else that goes on. We are raising tomorrow's leaders, tomorrow's educator's, and tomorrow's leaders. Yet, sometimes many of us (including myself) get so buried under the laundry and the meal prep and the dirty nasty boogers, that we wonder what good we have done in our day, or even week. Don't allow those thoughts to unpack and get settled in your mind.
Honor motherhood and share goodness.
The cute girls over at My Mommy Style asked me if I would share a little bit about how I stay sane as a mom. I don't feel like I know more than the average mom about motherhood, and I really hate being filmed, but I felt I needed to take the opportunity to stand for motherhood and share goodness.
I highly recommend subscribing to their YouTube channel, they are doing a great job of creating a community for moms and shining the light on the positive aspects of motherhood (as well as relating to the hard stuff).
