I’ve been trying extra hard lately to exercise more regularly and eat more clean. As someone who has a strong sweet tooth, I have been trying to find healthy ways to satisfy my cravings.
This shake hit the spot! It’s creamy and chocolatey and you can’t even tell it’s as healthy as it is. And it took like15 seconds to make and took 3 ingredients (I don’t count ice as an ingredient). Score!
Healthy Chocolate Smoothie Recipe
2 Tablespoons natural Cocoa Powder (could also use a protein drink)

2 Tablespoons peanut butter
1 Banana (if you use a frozen banana, use a little liquid like milk or almond milk to help it blend)
4-5 cubes of ice
I used my Blendtec so it whipped it up really fast, but if you don’t have one you might have to use a little bit of milk/almond milk so that it blends more easily. And if you don’t have a Blendtec, I HAVE GOOD NEWS! We are giving one away today!
