January 8th will be the last day that you can ride the popular California Screamin’ rollercoaster in California Adventure. It, and many other attractions will be transformed into “Pixar Pier”, opening in time for the Pixar Fest in April. The Rollercoaster will become the Incredicoaster, taking on an “Incredibles” theme. The New Pixar Neighborhood will be themed around Pixar favorites.
Also included will be a “Toy Story” neighborhood, a neighborhood inspired by “Insideout” and a fourth neighborhood will celebrate other favorites.

Paradise Pier, including Paradise Gardens, Silly Symphony Swings, Jumpin’ Jellyfish, Goofy’s Sky School, Golden Zephyr and The Little Mermaid ~ Ariel’s Undersea Adventure. Cove Bar will also close.
New food, merchandise and characters will be part of the Disneyland Pixar Fest, the limited-time celebration which begins April 13th.

I’m most excited to see the “Together Forever – A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular” Fireworks show. The return of the Pixar parade is exciting as well. That has been my favorite parade!
