Printable Goal Planning Sheet

I hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas break and is feeling ready to ring in the new year! Sadly, there have been a few things on my mind that I've been wanting to do and yet for some reason I tell myself, “I'll wait until the New Year.”

Things like, “I really should stop bingeing on all of these yummy treats,” or “I really should get my house in order.”

If the New Year puts you in the mood for a brand new start and some fabulous goal-making, then today's printable is for you. I made a goal planning sheet with a  scattered format to go with my scattered brain. Mostly I wanted something that is easy for me to customize to my liking, and this seemed to fit the bill. I realize this will be more appreciated by the “right-brained” planners, so if that is you…have fun. If that's not you…I'm sorry. Maybe I will make one with straight lines another time 🙂

Have fun, and remember not to be too hard on yourself. Make goals that will stretch you but that are realistic to achieve. And remember to be S.M.A.R.T. when you fill out your goal planning sheet. It's a fun little acronym I used to teach kids when I was a counselor at youth camps. I'm not sure where it came from, but it stands for: SPECIFIC, MEASURABLE, ATTAINABLE, REALISTIC, & TIME SENSITIVE. After setting your goals, use a daily planning sheet to incorporate your goals everyday.

I'm six-foot tall mother of three and I'm enjoying the view! I'm currently fighting a battle with Lyme disease and am determined to come out victorious. I enjoy warm summer rain, peanut butter everything, having dance parties with my husband and kids, natural remedies and healthy living. Most days I'm just looking for another excuse to avoid the piles of laundry.
