Many times when tragedy hits our country, we are all stunned and don’t quite know what to do. It feels weird to go back to normal life. While we all DO need to go back to normal life, there IS SOMETHING WE CAN DO. And it’s something we SHOULD do if we want to actually do something to lessen the hate in our world. We all can participate in showing random acts of kindness! Even if it feels SMALL while you are doing it, it isn’t. Every act has a ripple effect, whether for good or for bad. Each good act raises your vibration and the vibration of others, and has an effect on the vibration of our community and even nation! Start in your own home, and move outward to your inner circle of family and friends. Once you have reached this circle, reach beyond to those you do not know. You truly can have an incredible impact on the world.

Sunshine Baskets: one of my FAVORITE random acts of kindness
This is my favorite of all acts of kindness ideas. I have probably given out over 30 of these sunshine baskets, and they have had the most profound effect on people. I have given them to those going through death in the family, breakups, cancer, and even just really hard days. Several people have mentioned years later that this really effected them, and brought sunshine during a dark time. You can get the printables here: Basket of Sunshine Printable
