10 Great Ways to Show Random Acts of Kindness

Many times when tragedy hits our country, we are all stunned and don't quite know what to do. It feels weird to go back to normal life. While we all DO need to go back to normal life, there IS SOMETHING WE CAN DO. And it's something we SHOULD do if we want to actually do something to lessen the hate in our world. We all can participate in showing random acts of kindness! Even if it feels SMALL while you are doing it, it isn't. Every act has a ripple effect, whether for good or for bad. Each good act raises your vibration and the vibration of others, and has an effect on the vibration of our community and even nation! Start in your own home, and move outward to your inner circle of family and friends. Once you have reached this circle, reach beyond to those you do not know. You truly can have an incredible impact on the world.

Random Acts of Kindness: 10 Ways to Increase Love & Kindness in Our World

The Las Vegas shootings has effected all of our hearts. Instead of spreading photos and video footage of the carnage, let's instead flood Facebook and the internet with inspiring acts of kindness, loving words, and pure goodness. We don't have to spread more hate. We can stand for a change and spread kindness everywhere.

Sunshine Baskets: one of my FAVORITE random acts of kindness

Sunshine basket for someone who needs some cheer. Free printables

This is my favorite of all acts of kindness ideas. I have probably given out over 30 of these sunshine baskets, and they have had the most profound effect on people. I have given them to those going through death in the family, breakups, cancer, and even just really hard days. Several people have mentioned years later that this really effected them, and brought sunshine during a dark time. You can get the printables here: Basket of Sunshine Printable

You can get a second set of printables for this random act of kindness in my post, Kindness Gone Viral.

I Adore You Book

This Happy Birthday to My Husband Letter Book was originally a book of letters that I compiled from everyone who knows and loves him, but I purposely made it generic so that it could be given in a variety of circumstances: those who don't understand their self worth, those going through a hard time, etc.

Perfect gift idea for your husband or anyone! A book of love notes/letters from those who love him the most
