I recently attended a Utah Influencer’s Getaway, and had so much fun. I wanted to share some of the things we did in case some of you Utah people are looking for a fun date night/girl’s night out idea.
CITY CREEK
We started our night at City Creek and did some browsing/shopping. City Creek is such a fun place to explore, even if you don’t spend any money and they have some unique stores that aren’t at nearby malls. Great place to spend some time as a couple, or with friends and the parking is super cheap.
CHRISTOPHER’S PRIME STEAK HOUSE AND GRILL
At home with the kids? Instantly access any of these printable activity bundles to keep them learning!
This was my first time at Christopher’s and my mouth is still watering weeks later. I’m already planning on taking my husband back for the week of Valentine’s. Between the 10 of us, we all passed our sides around so we could get a taste of everything and there wasn’t ONE thing that I didn’t love. That’s saying a lot! And the steaks were amazing! If you want to try them out, they frequently have a GROUPON, so check there for a discount!
Here is a picture I snapped of my steak:
LIVE GAME ESCAPE
After our dinner, I will be honest…I was really tired. And kind of wishing we didn’t have another event on the agenda. But I had NO IDEA how fun the SLC ESCAPE would be! It was such a blast! We had to use clues in the room to try and figure out how to get through the door, and then there was a second escape room behind that door! We were giggling and problem solving and were so proud of ourselves when we finally cracked the last code (even though we may have had to ask for a clue at one point). I am really excited to take some friends back to this place. It would be such a fun group date or night out with the girls.
HARMON’S
After our Live Game Escape, we went back to our hotel room and enjoyed a bunch of goodies from Harmon’s. If you haven’t been to the Harmon’s in downtown SLC, you have to go! It’s HUGE! My husband and I like to go there before or after an event for their gelato, and my in-laws have loved the couple’s cooking classes they offer there.
Pig & a Jelly Jar
If you are looking for a great breakfast place, I also tried out Pig & a Jelly Jar for the first time, and it’s not only ridiculously endearing, but also delicious. They have locations in SLC, Ogden and Holladay.

It looks like you had a blast! We were glad to sponsor the getaway and follow along with the fun! Our only regret is that we didn’t get a cupcake…
Please keep us in mind for any future events–we love giving back to the blogging industry!
