Sometimes I have really failed in the Toy-buying aspect of life. I think it is something my kids will love and it gets played with once or twice. I have learned this often happens with the “fad” toys that are popular for the current year. With Christmas approaching, I really want to do it right this year and buy ones that will a great hit. I hate the thought of paying for toys that my kids may or may not play with.

Thanks in Advance!

Wooden blocks with letters & numbers have always been a hit. Playdoh never gets old. The little people farm has also been a great one. The marble run is a great one for older kids.

My kids (aged 2 & 4) always come back to the number/letter blocks, play dough, puzzles, Mr. Potato Heads, and dress ups! I love these things because they (usually) last for a long time and kids from different ages can enjoy them. Also, they get to use their imaginations which I love! 🙂

My 2 yr old son plays with cars, blocks, and balls right now. His favorite quiet time activity is games on an old iphone.
